I'm a final year student pursuing my bachelor's in Electronics & Communication Dept. I'm interested in doing my masters in Canada?

I wanna choose either MS in Computer Science or Data Science. I just wanna know how much would it take to study there? I'm gonna take a student loan, does the loan cover the proof of funds? Can I pay my first year fee with loan and the second year fee with the money that I'm saving from my part time jobs? And finally, how much is it going to cost for all the initial procedures like application fee, visa etc.?
