i wanted some help and suggestions...?

Hey, I am currently in my third year of a BE in Chemical Engineering. I've always aspired to pursue my master's degree abroad, particularly because the scope of Chemical Engineering in India is limited. Although my academic performance is average (with a CGPA of around 8-8.5), I am actively involved in a few projects. I am aiming to do my master's in Chemical Engineering in Germany, the USA, the UK, or elsewhere in Europe. However, I am finding it difficult to choose the right universities. I haven't participated in any Olympiads or similar competitions, but I have strong writing skills and can obtain decent Letters of Recommendation. I have completed 2 NPTEL courses in the field of ChemE and I am also pursuing a Minor Degree in Operations. It would be immensely helpful if you could suggest universities where the annual tuition does not exceed 20 lakhs INR. Additionally, I plan to work for a year before starting my master's program. Also, let me know of my realistic chances of getting into a good program in a renowned university.
