Stem cells and regenerative medicine is a healthcare program. Therefore I suggest looking for a country that has excellent healthcare options in education as well as in industry. A few names that come to mind are the USA, UK, and Australia. I however suggest going to the UK.

Out of all countries abroad, the United Kingdom is a place that excels in healthcare and research. Both of these elements are highly connected to your choice of field. Medicine is basically a research field. And especially stem cells and regenerative medicine need an excellent healthcare industry to be productive. You can manage with a course like a physiotherapy with a less developed industry. But the master you are looking for needs certain elements like advanced tech, research institutes, relevant markets, etc.

For the university recommendation, I have the Queen Mary University of London. Queen Mary is one of the 24 prestigious Russell Group universities. It is considered one of the top universities in the UK and across the world. Times higher education puts Queen Mary at #13 in the UK and #110 globally for the 2021 rankings. Not just that, the university excels in healthcare courses. More than anything you need a university that has enough resources to offer a quality master in stem cells and regenerative medicine and Queen Mary has got it.

The reason why I recommend Queen Mary is because of its collaborations & involvement with the healthcare sector. Major hospitals in the UK like Bartholomew's and Royal London are affiliated with the university. This way you get to interact with clinicians involved in translational research. The faculty there is filled with renowned scientists that have worked in the industry for years.

You can also get a personalised school list based on your profile and preferences by taking this FUN School Explore Quiz.

Anyway, what are your actual preferences from a country and university? If you want to know which ones suit you, the best way would be to share your academic records. With your profile and things like budget, we can find out if there are some other best options available to you.
