Well, the most relevant bachelor's for an organic farmer is basically an undergraduate in agriculture. And if you have not specified your interest I would have listed like 4-5 options for you. But as you want to become an organic farmer, I have the perfect answer prepared for you.

How would you like to consider a Bachelor in Agriculture Science from Cornell University? Yes, the course makes perfect sense for you. It is a concentrated bachelor in organic farming plus later on, this will integrate with absolute best masters. Your future options will consist of economics and core agriculture. And due to the already concentrated field, you are more likely to choose your masters easily.

Cornell University’s BSc in Agriculture Science has a concentration in organic agriculture. The university is already in the top spots and your degree will be much more recognized. Cornell has a College of Agriculture and Life Sciences dedicated to these programs. After you complete your bachelor's, you will have an Ivy League degree that can be very useful to get into a top agricultural institute.

Not to mention, the university is a world-class infrastructure and keeps its academics up to date. You will have chances to join smart organic agriculture ahead. Because of the current problems like pollution and stuff,  there are already big demands for smart organic agriculture professionals. I would suggest starting your preparations from now on.

But if you like to aim for a different university, I would be more than happy to assist. And who knows maybe your profile records fit a different university instead?

In any case, let me know if you need anything.
