This is a common belief amongst Indians that having relatives at a place will benefit them. Now, I am not saying that it is of no good.
If you are going for your studies abroad and you have some relatives already living there, the advantage would be that you won’t be alone in a new country. You will have someone to back upon.
They can also help you with some city insights like which place is cheaper to live, where can you find good food etc. but I really don’t think that it can help you in terms of your masters or your course specifically.
Now, it’s really upon you whether you wish to see this whole scenario as an advantage or just another usual one.
I know it looks very overwhelming to even think of moving to a new place, all alone. Don’t worry! You are not alone. You can get in touch with Study Abroad Experts for FREE here. They will not just help you with all the information but also assist you in the complete application process.

Let me know if this helps and if you want any more information from my end.
