i have one backlog but my university is providing subject exemption by which i can get my degree in bachelors will it affect while taking admission in us universities?

It all depends on the number of backlogs you have, the university and the country you are targeting. Five backlogs are a reasonable number for admission to most institutions in Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and other countries. Many universities will accept 5 - 10 backlogs. However, it would be best if you had a good GRE/GMAT score and an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher. Ten to fifteen backlogs. In exceptional cases, it is seen in UK universities where students with 15 backlogs are admitted based on their IELTS/TOEFL performance. If you enrolled in a four-year programme, that programme should/must be completed in four years, not five or six. The same is true for a three-year degree. If you have any further questions, ask me.
