Hey, though your marks are not a lot, they are good enough to get you admission to any UK university for further studies like MBA. Since the US CPA course is accepted internationally, its scope is not limited to a single country. As a result, a US CPA has numerous work prospects globally. Applicants to MBA programmes in the UK are frequently required to take the GMAT Exam as well as a language competence test. UK institutions typically require a GMAT score ranging from 550 to 600. On the other hand, the average GMAT score of students applying to top-tier business schools is often greater than 650. International students must have a full-time bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognised university or college. Almost all UK business schools require at least 16 years of undergraduate education. In the Indian education system, a student completes their 10+2, or 13 years of formal schooling and then goes on to graduate, which is often a 3-year degree, for a total of 16 years. Most UK business schools need a minimum GPA of 3.0 - 3.5, which is comparable to more than 70%, for admission to the MBA programme. Students must start the MBA application process in the UK at least 1-2 years in advance. This enables the applicant to prepare for and perform well on Subject Aptitude Tests and English language proficiency exams. If you have any further questions just ask me.

With your background—a B.Com from Delhi University, a US CPA qualification, and four years of combined experience in audit and finance—you are well-positioned to apply for an MBA in finance at top UK universities.

Your B.Com degree, with a 65% score, while slightly below the typical first division mark, is supplemented strongly by your US CPA qualification. The CPA is highly regarded globally and showcases your specialized knowledge in accounting and finance, which is a significant advantage.

Top UK universities, such as London Business School, Oxford's Saïd Business School, and Cambridge's Judge Business School, often look for well-rounded candidates. They assess not only academic achievements but also professional experience and potential for leadership.

Your three years in audit and a year in finance provide practical experience that MBA programs highly value, especially as they indicate direct relevance to an MBA in finance.

Moreover, MBA programs in the UK appreciate diversity in their cohorts. Your international qualifications and professional experience in significant finance roles could enhance your application's appeal, portraying you as a candidate with a global perspective.

To strengthen your application:

Ensure your GMAT or GRE scores are competitive. Aim for a GMAT score above 650 to be competitive in top-tier programs.
Highlight leadership roles and any impactful projects or achievements in your career in your application essays.
Secure strong recommendations from supervisors who can vouch for your professional expertise and potential for growth.
Lastly, considering your background and objectives, also explore schools with a strong focus on finance, as they might offer tailored curricula and networking opportunities that align with your career aspirations.
