You have an MBA, that's really good. And as you are willing to go a further step, I think I have something that will interest you. Just by the choice of your HR after MBA I’m assuming that you have done your previous education in HR. So, what's the next step, I would say a graduate certificate.

Yes, a graduate certificate in human resources. I’m talking about the Ontario Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Why Ontario you ask? It's because it is the most significant province in Canada. To be more clear, it includes Toronto, Ottawa, London, Hamilton and many more. So basically, you will be left with better jobs in the best destination of Canada.

It is the longest-running HR business graduate certificate program in Canada. This program is approved by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). In any manner, an MBA from India already seems enough qualification for a career in many fields. But of course a graduate-level qualification from Canada is way better. And HR is a field where qualification and experience are some major points.

I would definitely suggest the Faculty of Business - Humber Academy for this. The reason is quite simple. All the other quality universities offer specific college graduate certificates. It's not different by day and night, but instead of doing a core-focused course at this stage, it's better to go for a graduate certificate instead. And the remaining institutes are not on par with Humber College.

For this course, you don’t even need to decide on a career path. It will be clear at the end of your graduate certificate. Most probably you will receive multiple job offers by applying to the best places.

In any case, let me know if you want specific detail on this. There are quite some options you can browse.
