I completed my bachelor's in 2017 in Electronics and communication with 6.7 CGPA with 19 backlogs. Since 2017 I have job experience till now in same field. Do I go for a Canadian student visa or UK?

Unfortunately no you cannot study in any of these countries with 19 backlogs because as per the international standards no abroad university will accept more than 5 backlogs and you have 15 of them. Though per the eligibility criteria you require at least 60 to 65% for getting admission in any of the above-mentioned countries, and your percentile is at par with the required score, your backlogs spoil your profile.
