There are numerous reasons to pursue a dual Master's degree program. Here are a few of the most important:
Academic resources - You will access a wealth of scholarly resources through the universities in which you are enrolled.
Employability - Having two Masters degrees may give you an advantage over other candidates in the job market, demonstrating that you have the skills required for success in a difficult environment.
International perspective - Living and studying abroad can be an extremely rewarding experience, opening up new avenues and perspectives that would otherwise be missed. And having a global perspective will help you when you graduate and start looking for work.
Language abilities - Even if the course is taught entirely in English, many foreign universities will provide language classes to double Masters students. Depending on the location, you could improve your existing language skills or learn a completely new one.
Richer study opportunities - Because you'll be taking two courses at two (or more) universities, you'll gain a broader, more comprehensive understanding of your chosen subject. You'll be able to investigate and question the connections between the programs, which you can then use as a foundation for your dissertation.
