I have a low percentage (44%) in my graduation. Is there any way that I can get admission in Canada?

It’s a low percentage of-course. In general, you need at least 60% to get into Canadian universities. You may have seen some students getting admission in Canada with 50% or lower than 60 percentile. But that's a different case. The courses for this low percentage are diploma ones. Besides, anything lower than 50% is not enough.
