The fees structure for a bachelor's degree in Germany depends on the institution and the program you are interested in. In general, public universities in Germany do not charge tuition fees for bachelor's degree programs. However, students may have to pay a semester fee, which covers the cost of student services, such as the use of libraries, sports facilities, and public transportation. The semester fee is usually between 150 and 300 EUR per semester. Private universities in Germany may charge tuition fees for bachelor's degree programs, which can range from a few thousand euros per year to over 20,000 EUR per year, depending on the institution and the program.

It is important to note that as an international student, you may be required to pay an additional fee for your study program. This fee is usually higher than the fees for German students. However, there are several scholarships and financial aid programs available to international students in Germany, which can help cover the cost of tuition and other expenses. You can check with the institution you are interested in attending or with the German embassy or consulate in your home country for more information on scholarships and financial aid options.

With an overall IELTS score of 6.5 but only 5.5 in the writing section, you may still be eligible for admission into certain Canadian colleges, especially for specific programs. However, most top-ranked Canadian universities generally require a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no individual band lower than 6.0 for admission.
There are a few institutions that accept students with a band score of 5.5 in individual sections, such as the University of Alberta, Brock University, and St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology. These schools have programs where a lower score in one section might still meet the requirements for admission .
It's important to verify the specific requirements of the program and university you're interested in, as they can vary significantly. Additionally, if you're planning on applying to graduate programs, higher scores are generally expected.
