Hey, 37 backlogs are a lot, and the maximum backlogs acceptable are maximum 15, so, unfortunately, you won&rsquo;t be able to get any university abroad with so many backlogs, however, here&rsquo;s a list of universities accepting backlogs up to fifteen  -
US universities that accept up to 5 backlogs -
Kent State University, OhioWichita State University, KansasMarist College, New YorkGannon University, PennsylvaniaClarkson University, New YorkWright State University, Ohio
The number of US universities accepting up to 10 backlogs is still higher.

Needless to say, 15 is the maximum number of backlogs as entertained by US Universities. Sadly, there is no scope in the country for students with 15+ backlogs.
No matter which university you apply to, it is essential that you maintain a good overall CGPA and clear all your backlogs. In addition, maintaining a strong extracurricular profile would help you get considered by good universities.
