I have 2 years gap during B.E and got around 20 backlogs can I go abroad for. MS ?If yes then which country?

Sorry to say but there is no university that is going to accept 15 backlogs. The maximum number of backlogs that are acceptable internationally is 5, and you have 15 of them which ruins your profile. Plus, gap years don&rsquo;t always mean bad, it all depends upon how you utilise them. If you did nothing and just wasted those years then your study abroad, admission is next to impossible, but if you pursued some course or gained work experience related to the course, this can boost your chances of getting admission.
