I had completed my bachelor's degree and now I want to join in MBA . But I have query that ,I should gain any work experience before or I should directly get admission in MBA?

To pursue an MBA abroad, you need at least three years of work experience per international standards. So I would suggest that you gain some experience first and apply for an MBA abroad, or if you are very eager to go overseas, then you can go for a MIM, which does not require any work experience, and you can pursue it even as a fresher.
