I had 13 backlogs and I got cleared. can I get into university with a 6.3 CGPA?

Hey, Universities abroad mostly accept backlogs up to 15 but not more than that. However, some countries count the number of subjects as the number of backlogs, while some count the number of attempts you took to clear those backlogs.

Also, note that the number of backlogs being accepted depends purely on the course and country that one wishes to go for.
