I got 321 on GRE and 96 on the TOEFL exam, and I have a 5.5 CGPA and backlogs. Can I get admission in BTech?

Your GRE score is decent. But, when it comes to CGPA, a lot of universities have it as an eligibility criterion, and it is always between 6 to 8.
