I completed my graduation in 2019 .can I start now preparing masters in Germany as I'm mechanical engineering .and looking for industrial engineering courses?

 Well, it all depends upon what you did in your gap years and if you did some course or internships, that can justify your gap. See all that matters is if you can justify your gap and if not then it is really very difficult for you to get admission to any college around the globe.
