I completed BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 81.2% and MSc in Design and Engineering with 95% at Politecnico di Milano, Italy which is a top university in Europe. I have decided to change my career towards computer science by pursuing MSc in the USA. What are the chances of getting into a good university in the USA to pursue an MSc in computer science with a scholarship(at least 60%)?

Brother, if i may ask, why do you want to shift to CS field from Mechanical? Is there job shortages in Italy and Europe for Mechanical engineering?
