University of New Haven, Concordia is a good university to apply for. However, I don’t understand why your application got rejected. If I had a look at your application I could know more. Anyway, the possible reason seems is your CGPA. If you have carefully checked the university’s requirements, you would know that it asks 70-80% in your bachelor's. So the optimal score to apply for a master's there is around CGPA of 7-8.

However, I am not saying that it is a deal breaker as many universities do admit students. You have to understand how the admission committee see your profile. The eligibility criteria are a must but that’s not all. Your curricular, test scores, certificates etc. are equally important.
