Hello there. I hope you complete your B.Tech with nice scores. Speaking of which, you will need enough scores to make it to the best master programs abroad. Because the program you desire offers STEM courses and these are highly academic one.SO the score requirement becomes more prior here.

I just want to start off with a common point. See, master in technology or say MTech is a popular degree here in India. But universities abroad generally offer MS in technology programs instead of MTech. The idea is the same, both are master courses in technology. It's just the difference in name.

So, I believe you're familiar with the common requirements you need for a masters abroad program. Let's get with it once in case some rests away form mind. So these are the common eligibility requirement for a MS in technology abroad:

  • Undergraduate degree (relevant one)
  • Academic transcripts
  • CV/resume
  • Standard requirements; SOP, LORs and Essays
  • GRE/GMAT (depending on university and your comfort)
  • English language test (IELTS/TOEFL/PRE)

So these things are necessary first. The visa process can wait until you get selected for the program. And keep in mind that GRE is better for a technology MS. GMAT is mainly associated with business programs. And for language tests, it depends on the country. The USA  and Canada take TOEFL as their first choice while European countries and Australia prefer the IELTS.

Apart from all this fuss, I would suggest you apply for the program now if you're in your 3rd or last year. It will give you more time to prepare for all necessary things. And also in case if you didn't get selected in your dream college, you will have more attempts. If you need guidance on this subject, out team here can help you with that. Thanks.
