I am a Btech(ECE) graduate but I want to pursue masters in International Relations or International Economics in UK .Can I get into these courses? Is it okay if I change my stream?

Is masters in Arts (different specializations are available in those like Economics, Public Policy, Psychology, Communication and education, Political Science but I choose International Relations) a good choice? What are the problems I would have to face? What opportunities do I have if I successfully completed my course? Will there be any problem during visa process if I choose different stream ? What the best colleges I can get into and their fee structure? What are the jobs and their average salary ?

Transitioning from a B.Tech in ECE to a Masters in International Relations or Economics in the UK is definitely a bold and exciting move! As someone who shifted from engineering to finance, I can relate to your aspirations. UK universities often value diverse academic backgrounds, especially for courses like International Relations or Economics. Your technical background could provide a unique perspective in these fields.

However, it's crucial to articulate in your application why you're making this shift and how your skills and experiences can contribute to your new field of study. Emphasize any relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities that align with your intended area of study
