A 3-year medical degree is acceptable in Germany but only if you apply to private universities there. The public ones are known for using a 4-year bachelor's for admission onto a master's there. Medical post-graduation (PG) in Luxembourg is a good idea anyway. Let's discuss why.

The first thing is, Germany is in real need of doctors. The profession in medical fields in the country is in demand and well paid. If you manage to graduate from a PG there and acquire a licence for practice, you will be most satisfied. As of 2024, there will be more than 5000 jobs in the medical area in Germany. This data is directly from the German government so we know it's the truth.

Though there is one concern. I have talked with many concerned peoples and experts to find out that not all medical professions are good to go in Germany. For example, dentists and pharmacists are not that popular and in demand. So you may have to select your specialization carefully.

If you want university suggestions, I would recommend the University of Luxembourg. Their science, technology and communication department is extraordinary. They have really good medical courses that you can target if you want to know more, ask.
