Don’t treat the EDHEC interview like a formality , it’s where they check if you’re more than just numbers on a page.
- Go through your motivation letter carefully — they often ask questions directly based on what you wrote.
- Prepare at least three solid stories from your college, internships, or any projects you’ve done. Questions like “Tell us about a time you worked in a team” or “How did you handle failure?” are common.
- Practice speaking your answers aloud — you’ll spot what sounds confusing or too long.
- Look into EDHEC-specific programs, clubs, or international tracks and mention how they match your interests — it shows genuine interest without sounding generic.
- Only if invited: Some applicants receive a Kira Talent interview — an online video-based test with timed responses. If that’s part of your process, it’s worth practicing with a timer.
Focus less on perfect answers and more on sounding clear, confident, and genuinely interested.
