For someone who already knows they want to move into strategy, marketing, or product roles, locking in the admit lets them reverse-engineer their work experience to build toward that goal , not just wander through random job titles.
The two-stage structure is what makes this possible. The Foundation Years give space to experiment, fail, take risks,  while knowing there&rsquo;s a strong platform ahead.
