I would  say it was pretty personalized for me. my consultant spent time going through my profile  gmat focus 650, gpa 7.2, ngo work, and a startup internship. they also helped me with school selection that felt realistic for me to target instead of just agreeing to my first choices which might have ended in rejects. the schools they suggested matched both my profile and interests  which made more sense. the mock interviews were helpful too since the questions were similar to what actually came up later. So to me it didnt feel like a generic process.

For me it felt quite personal. They first asked a lot of questions about my background and why i wanted an mba then they built the essays around things that actually mattered to me  like a project i had led and a small side hustle i almost didnt mention. It wasnt like copy paste templates and by the last draft the essays sounded  like my own voice.

From what i have read online  their process seems quite personalized. People say they first go through your profile and then help with essays, lors, and school lists based on that. I also saw a few reviews saying their mock interviews are tough but useful.
