How many mock tests should I take per week from July to boost my CAT score?

Taking 2 to 3 CAT mocks per week from July is ideal if the goal is to seriously push percentile up. But the number alone doesn&rsquo;t matter unless each mock is followed by proper review.
Start with 1 or 2 full-length mocks per week in July. More than that early on can be too much if your basics are still weak. It&rsquo;s better to build up slowly while working on accuracy. Use the rest of the week to work on weak areas from that mock,  especially DILR set types and RC accuracy.
By mid-August or early September, increase it to 2&ndash;3 mocks per week. One on the weekend, another mid-week, and maybe a third lighter one under test-like conditions.
Also, don&rsquo;t ignore sectionals. Give 3&ndash;4 sectional tests each week in addition to mocks, especially if one section (like Quant or VARC) is lagging. Consistency matters more than volume, and mock analysis is where the actual learning happens.
