How do I get into ISB Hyderabad?I have 3 years of experience in TCS. Apart from a great GMAT score, what else can I do to prepare myself for ISB?

If you already have 3 years at TCS, you're in a strong position to apply to ISB. A great GMAT score will definitely help  but what matters just as much is how you present your story and your impact.

ISB looks for clarity in your goals. So make sure you can explain why you want an MBA, why now, and why ISB. Your essays and application should reflect leadership, initiative, and how you've added value to your team or clients at TCS.

It also helps to show involvement outside of work  whether it's mentoring, volunteering, or building something of your own. And try to get a strong recommendation from someone who’s seen your work closely, not just someone senior.

Overall, focus on showing that you're not just a good candidate on paper, but someone with purpose, potential, and a clear vision for what’s next. That’s what ISB values most.
