So universities abroad look for Soft Skills in the students and not just their grades or entrance test scores. The top soft skills include:

Communication Skills
Critical Thinking Skills
Teamwork
Problem Solving Skills
Flexibility
Emotional Intelligence

The best way to obtain these skills is by working in a team. You will get to communicate and solve problems while thinking for the entire team&rsquo;s goal. This will make you think and analyse critically along with being flexible towards other&rsquo;s need as well. In my opinion, doing an internship or working with an organization will help you obtain a majority of soft skills along with the practical knowledge.
