how can I obtain the soft skills?

So universities abroad look for Soft Skills in the students and not just their grades or entrance test scores. The top soft skills include:

• Communication Skills
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Teamwork
• Problem Solving Skills
• Flexibility
• Emotional Intelligence

The best way to obtain these skills is by working in a team. You will get to communicate and solve problems while thinking for the entire team’s goal. This will make you think and analyse critically along with being flexible towards other’s need as well. In my opinion, doing an internship or working with an organization will help you obtain a majority of soft skills along with the practical knowledge.
