Is it going to be difficult finding scholarship regarding my choosen subject?& whom should I reach out to write my LOR?

I did my own research about scholarship & it was written that universities select students majorly from science background or computer ones, said that it is quite difficult for arts students to get scholarship.so do I have any chances to get fully funded scholarship?

I would be really thankful to you if you can help me in my preparations as there is no one in my village that can assist me..
