First of all let me just appreciate your profile, such great scores can help you get an admit into top universities across the globe. Since you are targeting UCSD and UCLA let me just provide you with the eligibility criteria of both the universities:

UCSD:
Applicants must have a minimum B average (3.0 GPA) or its equivalent.
It is preferred, but not required, to have a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or mathematics.
Applicants with a degree in another discipline who have completed the minimum required CSE courses or their equivalent will be considered for admission.
7 IELTS bands are accepted here but the GRE cutoff isn’t specified yet
UCLA:
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, as well as the academic preparation to take graduate-level computer science courses.
The most competitive applicants have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.5 (on a 4.00 scale) in any graduate programme. The cumulative GPA of admitted applicants is 3.60 on average.
For consideration, the university requires a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. All applicants with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 are considered by the department.
7 IELTS bands are accepted here but the GRE cutoff isn’t specified yet.
If you have any further questions just ask me.
