Hi, I haven't appeared for IELTS/TOEFL and GRE. Can I still make it to jan-2023 intake, if at all I choose a university that doesn't require GRE and have a deadline till november 1?

Due to the closure of various test centers worldwide and the emergence of uncertain circumstances due to COVID-19, numerous universities have opted for GRE and GMAT waivers in 2023. Even though the exams can be taken from home, this decision was made. Furthermore, admissions officials clarified that the standard of the selection process has not decreased; rather, students are evaluated on other critical application process parameters. As a result, the GRE for fall 2023 and the GMAT for spring and fall 2023 have been waived. Here is a list of some of the universities that you can target:
