The top 3 business schools in france are consistently: INSEAD, HEC and ESCP. 
Either of these will give you a big advantage in recruiting for MBB, GAFAM and investment banking firms. 
Essec currently ranks 4th in the country, but if you speak french then it can be good since it places very well in luxury management, marketing. For Singapore and india its also very well known. 
Between escp and essec then it depends on your goals. Escp is better in finance /consulting and essec is better for tapping into luxury sector.
