Does INSEAD offer strong consulting job opportunities after graduation?

Absolutely. Consulting is one of INSEAD’s strongest post-MBA outcomes. Firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, and Roland Berger all have deep ties with the school and recruit directly from both January and August intakes.

The school runs constant prep events — case workshops, interview training, and alumni networking. Even people without prior consulting experience break in because the ecosystem is built for it. That said, the process is still super competitive. Everyone’s aiming for MBB, so prep and performance matter a lot.

Someone I know landed a role at Bain Middle East right after INSEAD with no prior consulting background. Starting salaries for consulting roles are around €110K–€120K, and those placed in London or Dubai often earn more with signing bonuses. If consulting is the goal, INSEAD gives you a real shot — but you have to earn it.
