BITSoM has achieved 100% summer internship placements for its MBA batches, including the Class of 2024–26. However, for final placements, the Class of 2022–24 did not achieve full placement.
As per the audited placement report, 9 students were still looking for roles after the placement season ended. The institute continues to support them through its career services team even after formal placements close.
Despite that, the results are still impressive. The average CTC was ₹23.41 LPA, and the highest salary offered was ₹50 LPA. The top 10% of students received offers averaging ₹32.89 LPA.
So while BITSoM does not have 100% final placement yet, the outcomes show strong recruiter interest, and the school actively helps students even after the main process ends.
