No consultants dont write essays for you you have to share your own stories, experiences, and goals. What they do is guide you on how to put everything together in the right way. They point out weak parts ask questions that make you think deeper and suggest changes so your essay answers what the school is asking. For example if your draft is too general they will push you to add details. If it reads like a list of achievements they will show you how to link it to your goals. The work is still yours but with their feedback the final version comes out much stronger.

Consultants dont sit and write essays for you. You have to bring your own experiences and they help shape them into something schools want to see. In my case they showed me where i was being too vague and pushed me to add real examples. They also made sure my goals connected well with my past work. Apart from essays  they do help with interview prep through mock sessions which makes a big difference when you are not sure what to expect.
