Of-course you can. Staying in the country after you complete your graduation is not something new. International students all around the world prefer to choose the country for their masters to later build a career in. It may differ from location to location. For instance, European countries promote working within European industry. While other countries like the USA, Canada and Australia promote students to remain in the country. For these purposes, countries use various methods for students to feel at home.

Germany especially offers students to earn a little extra time to remain in the country while they look for a job. The German government actually allows you to extend your stay in Germany for an extra 18 months to look for a permanent job. Keep in mind that this duration is not standard and you have to apply to extend your stay for this time period.

While you stay in Germany to find permanent work, you can work part-time as well to support you financially. This facilitates more options for a recent graduate to look for all possible opportunities for their career. Ultimately resulting in quality employment and hence, quality return on investment (ROI).

After completing graduation, students tend to use their networking and communication to reach different parts in their career. These are the numbers that are reflected on a program's official page under employability. The program page also presents data on how long it takes for the students to get a job after graduation, in case you need extra insights on a particular university.
