Can I really get into MiM program without work experience or work ex is just not required to apply?

To get into an MiM program, the eligibility requirement for work experience is from 0-2 years. So, work experience is not an absolute mandate and even if you are a complete fresher, you have as much chance of getting selected as any other applicant with 2 years of work experience.
