You don’t always need a GMAT to get into a good MIM program—seriously.
Many top schools now offer MIM without GMAT if you’ve got a strong academic background, good internships, or even strong communication and leadership skills. Schools like ESCP, ESMT Berlin, and IE Business School often offer waivers or don’t require the GMAT at all, especially if you meet other eligibility criteria.
But if you’re aiming for highly competitive programs like LBS or HEC, a GMAT can still boost your chances. So yeah, if you're confident in the rest of your profile, you can totally go for a MIM without GMAT—just make sure the rest of your application stands out.
