Can I get into MBA in the USA without giving GMAT, GRE and IELTS?

I can see how these exams can be confused or why someone might confuse them. However, I must let you know that the IELTS and the GMAT/GRE have different objectives. While the GMAT/GRE are standardised exams for entrance to business schools, the IELTS is a language skills test.
GRE: The most extensive standardised test taken by students to get admission to graduate school is the GRE General Test. Students who seek access to graduate programs across all fields take this exam. The GRE test evaluates a candidate's capacity for pursuing graduate-level study in various fields. In addition, whoever wishes to study a particular subject may also take the GRE Subject test. It assesses a candidate's verbal, quantitative, and analytical thinking ability.
TOEFL: People who wish to travel to a nation where English is the primary language of communication must take the TOEFL exam. This exam evaluates candidates' English language ability. More than 10,000 educational institutions, including colleges, universities, and other organisations, recognise TOEFL scores worldwide.
IELTS: People who want to study or relocate to an English-speaking nation take the IELTS exam.
b: IELTS scores are required by nations where English is the primary language of communication before a visa can be issued. Most UK, Australia, and New Zealand universities favour the IELTS test.
The IELTS Academic test is acceptable for professional registration and undergraduate or graduate studies admission. It determines whether you are prepared to start learning or training in an English-speaking environment and simulates some aspects of academic study language.
If English was the primary language of instruction at your previous educational institution, you are likely exempt from the IELTS.
While the GMAT/GRE is a test that most business schools worldwide require to evaluate your admission for an MBA. This examination was created especially for business schools. It evaluates your suitability for a master's program at a business school.
