Arizona State University is typically not difficult to get into if you're looking for an undergraduate degree. Either you get in, or you don't; it is really simple. That's because your acceptance is solely based on your grades, performance in the required courses, and results on the standardised test.

To graduate in the top 25% of your class, you must have a 3.0 GPA, an SAT or ACT score of 1120 (or 1180 for nonresidents), or an ACT score of 22. Even if you lack a basic course, you can still enrol. However, you cannot enter if you are below the cutoff and do not meet any requirements.

Other than Barrett, The Honours College, there is no comprehensive evaluation. Although some programmes, like the W. P. Carey School of Business or the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, are competitive, admission to those is also determined by your academic standing.

If you are first rejected, you can transfer from a community college, go undeclared, improve your grades, and then apply to your intended major. Graduate programmes are a little more challenging but otherwise comparable to other colleges. So, if you do well, you should have no trouble getting into ASU.
