Indian business schools have emerged and flourished a lot in nurturing entrepreneurship. Institutes like ISB and IIMs - Ahmedabad, and Bangalore have good networks and incubator programs, which are very important in case you are planning something on your own. These schools have healthy ties with industry leaders, VCs, and angel investors that will help you a lot when starting up. The cost of education is relatively lower, around 20-25 lakhs. Thus, there are fewer financial pressures when you are launching a business in India.
On the other hand what can be observed is that business schools abroad-like the US or Europe have more resources, global networks, and easy access to international markets. While the payment structure can be drastically different with the amounts being much higher, though they're often in the range of 50-80 lakhs or more. But if it's what you are looking for, they can offer an excellent insight into global markets and connections that can be useful. It depends upon whether you want to build your business here. If you are focused on India, Indian schools are very effective and rather economical. However, if you want to be scalable all across the globe then International schools can give that momentum though perhaps a bit at a higher cost.
The two options are so effective, yet their strengths differ based on whether you are looking to do local or international entrepreneurship.
