Anyone here created their own 4-month GMAT study plan and scored 700+?Would love to know how you structured your prep, what worked, what didn't?

Scored 710 after 4 months of solo prep. Here's how I structured it and what actually helped.

• Month 1: Focused on Quant with Target Test Prep. Did one topic per day and maintained an error log, reviewing every 4–5 days — especially helped with Data Sufficiency-style reasoning
 • Month 2: Focused on Verbal using GMAT Ninja’s CR and RC videos. I’d pause after each question and explain the logic aloud — helped catch misread assumptions and argument gaps
 • Month 3: Started Data Insights with Mentr Me’s practice sets. Focused on table interpretation, visual logic, and identifying what not to waste time on
 • Month 4: Took full-length mocks every Saturday at 10 AM. Reviewed all mistakes by type (timing, logic error, misread) and redid weak topics midweek. Two days before the test, no new material — just reviewed past errors and notes

Scored a 730 after 4 months of self-prep while working full-time. What helped was dividing each month by focus.

In Month 1, focused on Quant and Verbal basics using Manhattan Foundations and GMAT Ninja for Critical Reasoning. I rewrote CR arguments in my own words to build reasoning clarity. GMAT Club discussions helped me understand how right answers are constructed.

By Month 2, I moved to the GMAT Official Guide 2025 for timed topic-wise sets. I tracked every mistake in a spreadsheet,  whether it was a logic gap, misread question, or careless error. Revisited each one after two weeks.

In Month 3, started doing mixed timed sets (Quant + Verbal + DI). My first mock went badly,  I lost focus mid-test. From Week 9, I started doing full-length mocks every Saturday under real test conditions, and reviewed everything on Sundays. That built stamina and helped keep focus on test day.
