applying to engineering courses usually requires a high percentage of your Bachelor's. To apply for an MS in CS in Canada all students must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or maths or any computing subject with a grade score of B+ from a recognized university. You must provide original translated transcripts too.

The eligibility criteria for Canada’s top universities are quite standard. While application requirements differ from one university to the next, International applicants who wish to pursue a Master's in Computer Science in Canada must meet the following requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum percentage is required by the specific university.
A CGPA of 7 to 8 on a scale of 10 is necessary, or a GPA of 3.25 or above on a 4.0 point system. 80-85% is the percentile equivalent of the same.
The applicant must also have taken the GRE and have scores that are less than two years old.
The applicant’s good programming skills are also a requirement for admission.
The following are the documents that must be presented with the application:

All academic transcripts
Statement of Purpose (SOP)
2-3 letters of recommendation
Standardized Test Scores (GMAT/GRE)
Proof of English Language Proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE)
Though there is no specific percentage needed to pursue a master's degree course, you would need at least a 3.0 on 4 or 7.0 on 10 GPA to apply to good universities in Canada, which is around 75%. Besides, the admission depends on your overall profile which includes your GRE scores, IELTS/TOEFL scores, personal essays, work experience, letters of recommendation, extracurricular, etc.
