Well, the bad news is no abroad university in any part of the world will accept a candidate with 16 backlogs. As per the international standards, the maximum number of backlogs that are accepted internationally is 5. No university accepts candidates with more than 5 backlogs. If you have any further questions just ask me.

Based on the information provided in the search results, it appears that having 16 backlogs may not be permissible for acceptance for an MBA in the USA. The sources mention specific universities and their policies regarding backlogs for various programs, but none explicitly state that 16 backlogs would be acceptable for MBA admissions in the USA. Here are some key points from the sources:

The search results highlight universities like Yeshiva University, University of California Los Angeles, and Northeastern University, which have varying policies on accepting backlogs for different programs such as MBA, engineering, and data science.
The information emphasizes the importance of meeting specific eligibility criteria, including academic transcripts, entrance exam scores (such as GMAT or GRE), English language proficiency tests (TOEFL or IELTS), letters of recommendation, and a statement of purpose.
Northeastern University, for example, requires a GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, a GMAT score of 685 or above, and English language proficiency scores for MBA admissions, but there is no mention of a specific limit on backlogs.
Given the lack of explicit information regarding 16 backlogs being permissible for MBA acceptance in the USA, it is advisable to directly contact the admissions offices of the universities you are interested in to inquire about their specific policies on backlogs and academic requirements for MBA programs. Each university may have different criteria and considerations for evaluating applicants with a higher number of backlogs.
