The question is available to some extent, yes. But to state that international MS students in Germany are not getting jobs after graduation is a bit bizarre. You do realize that it is logically a bit difficult to secure a job in Germany compared to other major countries, right?

See, the first point of view is subject to the students present in Germany. It is quite possible that one may not be able to secure jobs after graduation. But keep in mind that all records that promote these beliefs tend to be relevant focused careers. So even if a graduate gets a quality job in a different line, the job will be considered in that sector alone. And there is not denying that the language barrier is a thing in Germany. Unlike the USA and UK, Germany doesn’t use English as the national language. So even if you interview a job position with focuses English language, you can't neglect language barrier by 100%

Germany allows you to actually extend your time in the country after graduation. Students can apply to remain 18 more months in the country to search for a job. While doing so you get a job as a backplane and still look for a full-time relevant job in your career. Remember that international institutes do not work as they are shown in movies. You have to do a lot of networking and build connections in order to secure a demanding job title in industry. If you are hoping to get a job interview based on your merit alone, it won’t happen.

So the employment records in Germany for international MS graduates could be low. Tough in no way it is an indication of these graduates getting jobs in Germany after graduation.
